What is Census 2021?
The census took place on Sunday 21 March 2021. The census is a survey that happens every 10 years and gives us a picture of all the people and households in England and Wales. This helps to plan and fund public services in our local area. By taking part in the census, you will make sure that your voice is heard, to help build a better future for your children and our local community.
You will receive a letter in the post from the Office for National Statistics (ONS). You will then need to fill in the census questionnaire on Sunday 21 March 2021 or as soon as possible after. You can visit www.census.gov.uk to find more information on how to fill in your census questionnaire.
